Developer partner terms

Version: 2026-09-05-v1

Distribution and rights

You retain ownership of your plugin and grant Tickessa the necessary non-exclusive rights to review, reproduce and distribute submitted versions through the Tickessa shop and payment/resale partner Paddle, and to grant the agreed customer usage rights. Existing perpetual customer rights and associated archive downloads survive the end of the partnership. You confirm that you hold the required rights, including rights to third-party components.

Pricing and settlement

You set initial and renewal prices. Tickessa approves prices and publication. After attributable Paddle fees and refunds, Tickessa receives 30% and you receive 70% of earnings. The same split applies to renewals. Statements are monthly; payments follow receipt and reconciliation of the relevant Paddle payout. Negative adjustments offset future remuneration. Statutory VAT on your remuneration is handled according to your verified tax status.

We agree to self-billing: Tickessa issues the invoice for your service. You review the credit note and report discrepancies. Your statutory right to object remains unaffected. Do not issue a separate invoice for the same entries.

Quality, support and data

You provide reviewable source, accurate descriptions and tested installation and update instructions. Provide a reachable support contact and promptly report known security issues. Disclose customer data access, external data transfers and ongoing additional costs. Submitted code may be processed for technical and optional AI-assisted review by a review service configured by Tickessa. Tickessa may reject submissions and pause new sales due to security issues, unresolved rights or contractual breaches.

Licence model

Customers acquire perpetual usage rights and one year of access to published updates. Further update years are optional one-time purchases. Core functionality of a previously entitled version must not be blocked because update access has expired.
